Noobimo LLC Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Use and should be read alongside our main Terms: Terms of Use

 This policy applies to all products sold by Noobimo LLC.

 

1. General Return Policy


We strive for complete customer satisfaction. You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • Opened hygiene products.

3. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@noobimo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

  • Securely package the product(s), including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error we made.

  • Refunds will be for the cost of the product only.

5. Exchanges

  • To exchange a product, please follow the return process.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your exchange.

  • If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you are responsible for paying the difference.

  • If the exchanged item is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damage.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@noobimo.com.

8. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

  • All international customers must contact support@noobimo.com before shipping any returned item. Failure to do so may result in an automatic rejection for a return and refund
